Terms and conditions

Last updated 2026-10-06

These terms cover your use of roguemarketing.info. By using the site, you agree to them. They don’t cover marketing work we do for clients — that’s always agreed separately, in writing.

Who we are

This website is run by Rogue Marketing Ltd (“Rogue”, “we”, “us”), a marketing agency based in Galway, Ireland. You can reach us at hello@roguemarketing.info.

Using the site

You’re welcome to browse, read and share links to anything on the site. Please don’t use it for anything unlawful, try to break or interfere with it, or collect information from it to send unsolicited messages.

Our content

The text, design, photography and the Rogue name and logo on this site belong to Rogue or are used with permission. Please don’t copy, republish or reuse them without asking us first.

Client names, logos, products and trademarks shown in our work belong to their owners. They appear here to show the work we’ve done with them, and don’t imply that those clients endorse anything beyond what they’ve said themselves.

Case studies and testimonials

Our case studies describe our approach to each client’s work. Testimonials are real, in the client’s own words. Every business is different, so we can’t promise the same results for yours.

Enquiries

Sending us an enquiry doesn’t create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. If we work together, we’ll agree the scope, fees and terms in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Digital products

Products in our shop may be listed before they go on sale, with a waitlist instead of a buy button. Joining a waitlist doesn’t commit you to buying anything.

When a product is on sale, payment is handled by a third-party checkout provider, whose terms also apply. The price, what you get and any product-specific terms are shown before you pay. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as Instagram. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it’s provided as it is. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our [privacy policy](/privacy).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
